فرقة التنورة التراثية-al tannoura dance troupe -egypt

وهى عبارة عن جملة موسيقية شعبية تؤدى إلى استعراض إمكانيات كل آلة موسيقية وقدرات العازف 2-
رقصة ألتنوره الصوفية ( الدراويش )
تتميز رقصة ألتنوره الصوفية بطابع خاص فريد فى نوعه إذ تعتمد على الحركات الدائرية وتنبع من الحس الاسلامى الصوفي الذى له أساس فلسفي ودلالي يرجع فى جوهره إلى المفهوم المولوى القائل بأن الحركة فى الكون تبدأ من نقطه وتنتهى عند ذات النقطة وأن الحركة لذلك تكون دائرية، وعندما يدور راقص التنوره ( اللفيف) حول نفسه فكأنه الشمس يلتف حوله الراقصون ( الحناتيه) وكأنهم الكواكب، ومن خلال الدورات المتعاقبة يرمزون إلى تعاقب الفصول الأربعة فهم يلفون عكس عقارب الساعة تماماً مثل الطواف حول الكعبة وحين يقوم راقص التنوره (اللفيف) يرفع يده اليمنى من أعلى ويده اليسرى إلى أسفل فهو يعقد الصله ما بين الأرض والسماء وهو بدورانه حول نفسه كأنما يتخفف من كل شئ بقصد الصعود إلى السماء 0 وعندما يفك الرباط الذى حول جذعه فهو يرمز لرباط الحياه والعديد من الرموز التى يهدف معظمها لمحاولة إيجاد معادل موضوعي يتمثل فى حركات تمثل الفهم الفلسفي للحياة إلا أن الطابع العام للرقصة هنا-ومع استيعابها بصفة عامة لكل المعانى الدينية السابقة والتى قد تجعلها تلتقي مع بعض النظائر والأشباه فى مجتمعات إسلامية-اكتسبت من الروح الشعبية المصرية بهجة خاصة ظهرت فى تنوع الإيقاع من البطيء والمتوسط والسريع0 فضلاً عن ثراء الألوان والقيم التشكيلية المصرية التى تنبض بها البيئة المحلية، ناهيك عن النصوص ألمؤداه والتي تعكس تصورات المصري عن الحياة والكون ، الأمر الذى جعلها لا تتحدد بحدود الطقس الدينى المباشر وانما تدخل برشاقة فى قالب الفن الشعبى الجماهيرى والقائم أصلا على المهارة الحركية 0 أما الغناء المصاحب فهو الدعاء إلى الله ومديح النبى محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم والأولياء الصالحين وبعض الأغانى والمواويل عن موضوعات شعبية تدور حول الصداقة والسلام والكرم والمحبة والحكمه بين الناس

Al Tannoura Troupe is one of the Egyptian folk troupe, established by the General Organization for Cultural Palaces at Egypt’s Ministry of Culture. The group is based on the capital at the old Fatmis Cairo, mainly at wekalet al ghoury . The Troupe was formed in 1988 at the Ghury Palace, which is specialized in reviving and renovating the inherited artistic and cultural themes that have been endangered or about to diminish. The al-Tannoura Troupe, which performs two times a week (on SAT.,., WED.) all year- round in Cairo, has also been taking part in all the national festivals. It has also been to Japan, Italy, France, USA, Austria, Hungary, Kenya, Greece, Singapore, Romania, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Turkey, UK, India, Holland, Australia, Finland, Czech, Canada, Venezuela, Portugal, Swiss, China, South Korea, North Korea, Hong Kong, Syria, Lebanon, Tunisia, Jordan, Morocco, and Yemen. Popular and folk musical instruments usually accompany the troupe’s performance like Rababa, Salamia, flute, drums, tambourines and sanjes ). These instruments accelerate the dancers’ warm up and enlighten the colorful atmosphere of the stage performance. A folk singer who recites religious verses (Inshad Deni) and songs in praise of the Prophet (PBUH) Mohammed. The senior dancer, known as the ‘Lafife’ or the one going in infinite circles, and the junior dancers the ‘Hanatia’ all dance to the rhythmic intonation of the Tambourines. They are not professionally trained but rather inherited this art spontaneously from their forefathers. This rounded move is a reflection of a special philosophical concept in the Islam Sufi rituals known as the Mulawia sect. Believers of this concept see the universe stems from the same point of rotation. As the universe starts and ends from the same point, the senior dancer (Lafife) who represents the sun, will always start and end his movement from that point. Meantime, the junior dancers (Hanatia), representing the stars,will be moving around him. They all move against the clock, in a concurrent circles echoing the four seasons and very much like the pilgrims’ movement around Kaba (The Muslims’ holy shrine). Once the senior dancer stretches his right hand upward while the pointing down with his left hand, he would be establishing the connection between the earth and the sky. Moving in circles, the dancer is very much like alleviating his wordily burdens, reaching ecstasy in a symbolical attempt to approach heaven. Once he unties the belt around his waist, the dancer would be rhetorically moving upward to heaven. The dance is full of philosophical concepts reflecting the man’s spiritual dilemma in understanding the universe from the Sufis’ point of view. However, this dance which involves the many religious perspectives of life that could be found at many Muslims states, has been enriched by the colorful variations of the folk Egyptian life style. The well- known Egyptian musical rhythms that flutter from slow, moderate to accelerated tone add to the action and the spiritual impact of the dance. The very rich and colorful costumes which are authentic reflections of the local environment in Egypt, have been an added value to this dance. Moreover, the verses accompanying Tannoura echoes the Egyptians’ understanding of life and the universe around them. Therefore, the Tannoura dance is very much a popular folk Egyptian dance rather than a religious one concerned with the direct religious ritual. This dance is also a reflection of the super quality of the performed action and the integration of the mental and intellectual skills of the dancers. Popular and folk musical instruments usually accompany the troupe’s performance like Rababa, Salamia, flute, drums, tambourines and sanjes ). These instruments accelerate the dancers’ warm up and enlighten the colorful atmosphere of the stage performance. A folk singer who recites religious verses (Inshad Deni) and songs in praise of the Prophet (PBUH) Mohammed. The senior dancer, known as the ‘Lafife’ or the one going in infinite circles, and the junior dancers the ‘Hanatia’ all dance to the rhythmic intonation of the Tambourines. They are not professionally trained but rather inherited this art spontaneously from their forefathers.

The program
1- Musical interlude (Tahmeila): This is a folk musical interlude that magnificently displays the skills of the musicians and the capabilities of the instrument itself.
2- The Sufi Tannoura Dance (Al Darawish)
This Sufi- type of the Tannoura dance has a very special characteristic as it relies heavily on the dancer’s unlimited moves in circles. This rounded move is a reflection of a special philosophical concept in the Islam Sufi rituals known as the Mulawia sect. Believers of this concept see the universe stems from the same point of rotation. As the universe starts and ends from the same point, the senior dancer (Lafife) who represents the sun, will always start and end his movement from that point. Meantime, the junior dancers (Hanatia), representing the stars,will be moving around him. They all move against the clock, in a concurrent circles echoing the four seasons and very much like the pilgrims’ movement around Kaba (The Muslims’ holy shrine). Once the senior dancer stretches his right hand upward while the pointing down with his left hand, he would be establishing the connection between the earth and the sky. Moving in circles, the dancer is very much like alleviating his wordily burdens, reaching ecstasy in a symbolical attempt to approach heaven. Once he unties the belt around his waist, the dancer would be rhetorically moving upward to heaven.
The dance is full of philosophical concepts reflecting the man’s spiritual dilemma in understanding the universe from the Sufis’ point of view. However, this dance which involves the many religious perspectives of life that could be found at many Muslims states, has been enriched by the colorful variations of the folk Egyptian life style. The well- known Egyptian musical rhythms that flutter from slow, moderate to accelerated tone add to the action and the spiritual impact of the dance. The very rich and colorful costumes which are authentic reflections of the local environment in Egypt, have been an added value to this dance. Moreover, the verses accompanying Tannoura echoes the Egyptians’ understanding of life and the universe around them. Therefore, the
Tannoura dance is very much a popular folk Egyptian dance rather than a religious one concerned with the direct religious ritual. This dance is also a reflection of the super quality of the performed action and the integration of the mental and intellectual skills of the dancers.
The praise of the Prophet and the Muslim Saints (Mawlawia), along with other accompanying folk songs, depict the values of friendship,
generosity, wisdom and mercy.
3- The show of Tannoura dance:
This dance depends mainly on the dancer’s showing off his skills in using the many unfolded costumes of the Tannoura and his physique while corresponding to the musical sentences and the breath taking variable rhythm.
Al Tannoura Troupe is one of the Egyptian folk troupe, established by the General Organization for Cultural Palaces at Egypt’s Ministry of Culture. The group is based on the capital at the old Fatmis Cairo, mainly at wekalet al ghoury . The Troupe was formed in 1988 at the Ghury Palace, which is specialized in reviving and renovating the inherited artistic and cultural themes that have been endangered or about to diminish. The al-Tannoura Troupe, which performs two times a week (on SAT.,., WED.) all year- round in Cairo, has also been taking part in all the national festivals. وهى عبارة عن جملة موسيقية شعبية تؤدى إلى استعراض إمكانيات كل آلة موسيقية وقدرات العازف
2- رقصة ألتنوره الصوفية ( الدراويش )
تتميز رقصة ألتنوره الصوفية بطابع خاص فريد فى نوعه إذ تعتمد على الحركات الدائرية وتنبع من الحس الاسلامى الصوفي الذى له أساس فلسفي ودلالي يرجع فى جوهره إلى المفهوم المولوى القائل بأن الحركة فى الكون تبدأ من نقطه وتنتهى عند ذات النقطة وأن الحركة لذلك تكون دائرية، وعندما يدور راقص التنوره ( اللفيف) حول نفسه فكأنه الشمس يلتف حوله الراقصون ( الحناتيه) وكأنهم الكواكب، ومن خلال الدورات المتعاقبة يرمزون إلى تعاقب الفصول الأربعة فهم يلفون عكس عقارب الساعة تماماً مثل الطواف حول الكعبة وحين يقوم راقص التنوره (اللفيف) يرفع يده اليمنى من أعلى ويده اليسرى إلى أسفل فهو يعقد الصله ما بين الأرض والسماء وهو بدورانه حول نفسه كأنما يتخفف من كل شئ بقصد الصعود إلى السماء 0 وعندما يفك الرباط الذى حول جذعه فهو يرمز لرباط الحياه والعديد من الرموز التى يهدف معظمها لمحاولة إيجاد معادل موضوعي يتمثل فى حركات تمثل الفهم الفلسفي للحياة إلا أن الطابع العام للرقصة هنا-ومع استيعابها بصفة عامة لكل المعانى الدينية السابقة والتى قد تجعلها تلتقي مع بعض النظائر والأشباه فى مجتمعات إسلامية-اكتسبت من الروح الشعبية المصرية بهجة خاصة ظهرت فى تنوع الإيقاع من البطيء والمتوسط والسريع0 فضلاً عن ثراء الألوان والقيم التشكيلية المصرية التى تنبض بها البيئة المحلية، ناهيك عن النصوص ألمؤداه والتي تعكس تصورات المصري عن الحياة والكون ، الأمر الذى جعلها لا تتحدد بحدود الطقس الدينى المباشر وانما تدخل برشاقة فى قالب الفن الشعبى الجماهيرى والقائم أصلا على المهارة الحركية 0
أما الغناء المصاحب فهو الدعاء إلى الله ومديح النبى محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم والأولياء الصالحين وبعض الأغانى والمواويل عن موضوعات شعبية تدور حول الصداقة والسلام والكرم والمحبة والحكمه بين الناس
